Wedding Stationery

Whether you prefer the contemporary or classic look, or something entirely unique, we can help you to design the perfect stationery for your wedding day.

Contemporary or classic – we can design your wedding stationery, or you can send us your own print ready pdf files.

A large range of papers and boards are available, from cream, textured to metallic and kraft boards – it’s best to come along with a design and see which would be most suitable.

Add that extra touch of magic with some hot foiling or embossing … we can create something unique to you for your special day.

Please not that if required each printed item can be individually personalised!

Save the Date • Invitation Day • Invitation Evening • RSVP • Order of Service • Table Numbers • Table Plans • Place Names • Menu’s • Direction Map • Other information • Thank You Cards are some of the most common items we have produced.

Just email the specification to us and we will prepare a quotation for you: list the items you require, stating for each one: the quantity required; the exact dimensions; single or double sided printing; colour or black only,  and indicate if personalisation or specialised finishing is required. Most of our papers come with matching envelopes in the common sizes.

Turnaround times are really quick – in most cases, unless there’s and special finishes involved, they are completed within a few days.

Some helpful information when deciding what to order and when:

Q: When should I send my invitations?
A: Invitations are normally despatched three to four months before the wedding, although if you’re getting married during the summer holiday season or other peak periods you might want to consider sending save-the-date cards first.

Q: What is the correct wording?
A: It depends on who is hosting/paying for the wedding and whether it is a formal or informal affair.

Try these as a starting point:
The bride’s parents (names)
Request the pleasure of the company of
The guest’s/guests’ name/s
At the marriage of
The couple’s names
On
Date and time
At
Wedding venue address
Followed by a reception at
Reception venue address
RSVP
Date and address for response

The couple
Would be delighted if
The guest’s/guests’ name/s
Could join them to celebrate their
marriage
On
Date and time
At
Wedding venue address
Followed by a reception at
Reception venue address
RSVP
Date and address for response

Q: Should I include RSVP cards?
A: Including a RSVP card with a simple tick box to indicate if the guests are attending means you are more likely to get responses back sooner as all the guest has to do is pop a stamp on the card. Alternatively, include an email address or phone number to respond to.

Q: What other information should I give?
A: If guests are travelling long distances you might want to include accommodation details for local hotels. Directions to the church/venue can also be useful and transport information. If you have a gift list you could include this. Ask about dietary requirements and perhaps ask the guest to choose a favourite song to help make a playlist for the evening reception.

Q: What other stationery might I need?
A: It all depends on your budget. We can provide the full range from save-the-date cards to table plans and place names as well as thank-you cards. Whether you need or want all or any of these is up to you. You should check what your venue includes, as some provide seating plans, menus and place names as part of the wedding package.
